XSRGOLD provides AI-generated startup intelligence audits ("Audit Reports") shaped by the S.C.A.L.E. framework — Universal 9, Klesha, Guna, and Domain analysis. Reports are delivered by email within 7 days of confirmed payment.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By submitting payment you confirm this.

Payment
Prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed in INR equivalent via Razorpay. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST may apply for Indian residents.

Delivery
Your Audit Report is delivered to the email address provided during intake within 7 days of payment confirmation. See our Refund Policy for non-delivery terms.

Intellectual Property
The Audit Report generated for you is yours to use for personal business planning. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute the report. XSRGOLD retains the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable data to improve its methodology and AI models.

Limitation of Liability
XSRGOLD's total liability to you under any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for your specific Audit Report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
