What We Collect
When you use XSRGOLD, we collect the following:
- Name and email address
- Business idea, context, and intake form responses
- Selected audit tier (Safe Plus, Startup Pro, or Fast Unicorn)
- Payment transaction reference — we do not store card or bank details (handled entirely by Razorpay)

How We Use It
Your data is used solely to provide the service you purchased: generating your Audit Report using AI, delivering it to your email, and communicating with you about your order. We do not use your data for marketing or profiling.

To deliver the service, your data passes through the following trusted providers:

Data Retention
Your intake data and generated report are stored for 12 months from your purchase date, then permanently deleted.

Your business idea is yours. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or intake data to any third party. Ever.

Your Rights
You may request deletion or export of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@xsrgold.com. EU and UK users have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR — we will respond within 30 days of any valid request.

We use functional cookies only — those required for the website to operate. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. For EU/UK residents, applicable provisions of GDPR/UK GDPR also apply.
