All Sales Final Once Delivered

XSRGOLD delivers Audit Reports as a digital service. Once your report has been emailed to you, the sale is final and no refund applies. This applies to all three audit tiers:

Non-Delivery Guarantee

If your Audit Report is not delivered within 7 days of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund. To claim, email hello@xsrgold.com with your payment reference and we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.

Discretionary Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund in the following cases:

• Significant technical error in the report — wrong tier delivered or clearly incomplete generation
• Duplicate payment charged for the same order

Before Initiating a Chargeback

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may affect your ability to use XSRGOLD in the future.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
